Pricing questions
What is an SMS part?
Operators bill long messages in parts. An English-only SMS fits 160 characters in one part, or 153 per part when longer. A message with any Bangla letter fits 70 characters in one part, or 67 per part when longer. You pay the per-SMS price for each part.
Does unused credit expire?
No. Credit stays on your balance while your account is active.
When is credit returned for a message?
When no route accepts the message: every route rejected it, or it expired before any route accepted it. Once an operator accepts a message it is charged, even if the phone is switched off. See the refund policy for details.
Why does masking SMS cost more?
Masking SMS travels on routes approved for your brand name, which operators price higher than numeric routes.
How do I pay?
Buy a credit pack from the billing page in your dashboard and pay online. Credit is added to your balance as soon as the payment is confirmed.
